Strength Training for Cycling/Triathlon, Classes begin in December!

Upper Echelon Fitness presents "Ride Strong in 2010" Strength and Conditioning classes for cyclists and triathletes.
WHAT? A 90min strength & cycling class designed to help you ride smarter & stronger
WHEN: Mon & Wed 7-8:30pm, December 7th - February 24th

PRICE: $15 drop-in, or $125 for a 10-class punch card

What you need:
Your own cycling trainer: Stationary or Rollers
Running/Workout Shoes: For the dynamic strength portion of the class (30-45min)
Towel & Water Bottles
Class Format:
6-6:15: Warm-up & Technique
6:15-6:45: Dynamic Strength work
6:45-7:30: Incorporation of Strength work into Cycling Intervals
