Tyler Farrar & Jacob Rathe Presentation on December 17th, 2011.
Upper Echelon welcomes back Garmin-Cervelo professional cyclist Tyler Farrar for a presentation to recap his cycling season. Tyler Farrar is a stage winner in the Tour de France, Giro di Italia, and Vuelta Espana. Joining Tyler will be Jacob Rathe, a Portland resident and cycling prodigy racing on the Garmin- team in 2Cervelo012. The events host will be Dave Towle, announcer at the Tour of California and amaerica’s premier cycling announcer. Review the highs and lows of 2011 and gain insight into the life of a professional cyclist. This will be an educational evening with two of the fastest and nicest professional cyclists in the world. Donations will be taken for the OBRA High School Cyclocross Series.
