Our yoga classes are tailored specific to the needs cyclists and triathletes. Our instructors understand the sport and the target area to address.
INDOOR GROUP CYCLING
Not to be confused with a spin class, our indoor cycling classes are real cycling classes for real cyclists. Classes are led by professional cycling and triathlon coaches with experience competing at the highest level. The classes are open to all ability levels from novice to elite racer. It's an indoor ride, so no one gets dropped but everyone does the same workout! These are a proven way to improve fitness, enhance your pedal stroke and technique. Also, our coaches will share their knowledge of cycling. All classes are based in a periodized program and the work-outs are appropriate for the season based on a typical race calendar.

X-TRAINING: STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Strength and Conditioning is an important complement to your endurance training when done correctly. We offer group classes for resistance training specifically for the endurance athlete. These innovative classes focus on power, speed, agility, plyometrics, and core training. Using medicine balls, kettle balls, plyo boxes, and free weights, these functional movements will help your endurance sports as well as your general health.
